Service Description
Capture beautiful memories in a quick and fun photo session! What's included: • 20-minute photography session • All professionally edited digital images • Private online gallery for viewing and downloading Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026 Available only at select locations within a 20-mile radius of my location. Location must be approved at the time of booking. Only 3 spots available! Once they're gone, they're gone. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a Mini Session with Tai's Captures, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due on or before the day of your session. Photography & Editing Style By booking, you are hiring Tai's Captures based on my portfolio and editing style. All images will be edited in my signature style. Editing requests outside of my normal artistic style, including extensive retouching, body modifications, object removal, face swaps, or other custom edits, are not included with Mini Sessions. No additional editing services or add-ons are available for Mini Sessions unless previously offered by the photographer. Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session. Mini Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so late arrivals affect other clients. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled start time will forfeit their session, and the session will be considered canceled. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments due to lateness. Rescheduling & Cancellations Mini Sessions cannot be rescheduled by the client due to the limited availability of these promotional sessions. If the photographer must reschedule due to severe weather, illness, or an emergency, clients will be offered a new date or a full refund of any payments made. Image Delivery Your edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery. The gallery will include all of the final edited images selected by the photographer. Location Mini Sessions are available only at approved locations within a 20-mile radius of the photographer's location. The final location must be agreed upon before the session. Agreement By reserving a Mini Session, you confirm that you understand and accept these policies and agree to the terms listed above.
